Summary/Abstract: The article is aimed at presenting the linkage and interrelation between the rule of law and the artificial intelligence in some critical aspects as the autonomy of the AI systems, the quality of the data, the lack of transparency, as well the problem for protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the time of COVID-19 pandemic.
