Summary/Abstract: The present study examines the application of presumed consent in the context of the general doctrine of commercial transactions. On the basis of the normative analysis, a systematization of the individual provisions related to the issue has been made. The author's scientific thesis is to qualify tacit consent as a lawful legal action.
