Summary/Abstract: BY PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY WE UNDERSTAND THOSE BASIC, GUIDING IDEAS, WHICH ARE FOUND IN THE NORMS REGULATING CRIMINAL LIABILITY.
