Summary/Abstract: SINCE THE LAST THIRD OF THE 20TH CENTURY, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE HAS BECOME A SERIOUS CONCERN FOR RESEARCHERS. AS A RESULT OF THE EXPANSION OF STUDIES, EACH FIRM OPERATES UNDER THE INFLUENCE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OF FACTORS RELATED TO THE HUMAN RESOURCE, EXPRESSING ITS "PERSONALITY" AND PLAYING A DECISIVE ROLE IN THE QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY OF THE OBTAINED RESULTS, THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE ACTIVITY AND THE FIRM'S ABILITY TO ADAPT TO BUSINESS.
