Summary/Abstract: In the following article I am trying to formulate a brief comment on the topic of Romanian women's participation in the process of decision-making in areas that have been traditionally dominated by male employees: defense and foreign policy. I will discuss on the one hand, the need to expand the number of experts participating in the debates on defense and foreign policy and, on the other hand, the possibility of increasing the number of women in leadership positions in these two areas.
