Summary/Abstract: The following essay presents an analysis on how the implicit discourse of technological language infiltrates all domains of activity, altering the structures of consciousness through which man reads reality. Considering the perspective of Media Ecology, the research examines how the hegemony of a medium changes the final outcome of domains that should remain autonomous in their own particularities.
