Summary/Abstract: The conceptual position of the research is that the integration of mathematical and chess game activities ensures the effective development of cognitive and intellectual abilities of students, motivation to study mathematics, and productive development of its “problem areas”. A technology for identifying and correcting the “problem zone” based on a chess game has been developed. All stages of the technology are presented on the example of mastering complex educational construct-combinatorial schemes. The effective influence of the chess game on the development of cognitive and mathematical abilities of students is theoretically and experimentally proved
