Summary/Abstract: In the article we focus on the approach of the terms "conservation education" and "cultural education". In the second half of the 20th century there was a curricular transformation of education systems. The curriculum within the subject of Visual art gets the requirement relation not only to the artistic skills and techniques. From the point of view of new tendencies, of ideas and fulfilment of needs in the subject Visual art education strengthens communication in the field of culture and art. At the end of the article we describe the project of the KVK PdF MBU BB created for the Civic association "the Gothic route".
