Summary/Abstract: This is a presentation of the marketing mix and the corporate marketing policy in the beginning of the XXI century. The latest aspects and trends in the components of the mix have been analyzed. The highlight is the role of the procedures and the quality and safety standards in order to satisfy the clients and to improve the competitiveness of the companies. The idea of elaborating a new “P” (Procedures) in Marketing is introduced and explained.
