Summary/Abstract: There is a common understanding of the human person based on the fact that humanity cannot obtain integral authenticity of living without expressing what the mind develops in experience and existence. Development on the other hand is only possible through allegiance to culture and tradition in human existential situation. This paper examines the general notion of culture, tradition and development in the context of human epistemic affairs, knowing that both represent the values upon humanity‘s structure.
