Summary/Abstract: The widespread use of information systems today makes people's lives much easier. In areas such as health, where the external environment and technology change rate is high, the information system should be used effectively and efficiently. Nations are developing various systems to ensure that their citizens can easily access health and prevent time loss. In this study, in which the central physician appointment system will be dealt with in detail, country-based comparison will be made over the systems and the system layout and the aspects to be developed over a sample public hospital will be discussed.
