Summary/Abstract: The present article covers the relationship between robbery and other crimes which may resemble with them from certain legal aspects. The robbery is a crime that represents a theft committed through the use of violence. This crime can interfere with other crimes such as : blackmail, theft and deprivation of freedom. The robbery may lead to various situations that would benefit from the clear distinction between them and other offences.
