Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author briefly analyzes some provisions of the basic legislation governing the activity of the Ministry of National Defense and its subordinate structures. The limited space of an article did not allow the critical presentation of all the chapters and articles contained in the 160 pages of the mentioned documents. The author believes that the critical presentation of some aspects regarding the application in practice, on the ground, of these well-drafted provisions, was made in total good faith, in order to be corrected, if deemed necessary, by those entitled to do so!
