Summary/Abstract: The article deals with pupils´ teams in which the problem of social inclusion can be observed. It presents the programme of adequate social skills development that are oriented at the development of prosocial behaviour of pupils. The article is based on the definition of key concepts and notions related to prosocial behaviour. By means of action research the social inclusion of pupils depending on the type of class, is identified, followed by the preventive programme facilitating the prosocial behaviour of pupils of basic school. Finally, it presents the proposals of activities of couselling activities of school psychologist.
