Summary/Abstract: The article reviews a component of the organizational structure of a company, which is extremely important for successful development. However, the company culture somehow remains out of sight of today's managers and managers. Company culture includes the expectations of the organization, experience, philosophy, as well as the values that guide the behavior of members, and is expressed in the self-esteem of members, internal activities, interactions with the outside world and future expectations. The article presents some basic types of corporate cultures and a brief analysis of their impact on the prospects for successful development of companies in different situations. Some suggestions have been made to improve the company culture.
