Necessity for strategic human resource management in school organizations

Summary/Abstract: The reality in many school organizations, and perhaps in most of them, is that the functions associated with Strategic human resource management are not being applied in the most efficient way. That is why the purpose of this report is to point out the main reasons defining the necessity of its use in schools and also to note the main elements of Strategic human resource management applied in the system of Bulgarian school education.
