Summary/Abstract: The article constitutes a brief analysis of a problem raised in practice, whether, in interpreting the provisions of art. 269-270 C.proc.pen., the procedural document that must be made within a certain term is sent by e-mail / fax, on the last day of the term which is calculated per days, it is considered to be made in time under the conditions in which the procedural document originally signed by the declarant is registered with the judicial body after the expiration of the term.
