Is There a Perfect Writing System?

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is an attempt to answer the question whether some writing systems are better adapted to express the language than others. Following the analysis of these systems, one may notice that the phenomenon of evolving some writing systems into other systems may form the basis to judge and perceive them as more perfect than others. Various writing systems developed in different cultural circumstances and have different functions. Thus, while recording the language of various structures, completely different properties and composition of the writing system are often desirable. Those, which seem precise and the best in terms of evolution, appear useless in the situation which requires different code and information transfer channel.
