Summary/Abstract: This study is focused on the modeling of information flows that are generated during the transition to and during fully e-learning in an elite high school in Burgas. In the analysis of the various information and communication technologies, the emphasis is on the implementation of effective management of the educational institution in the last 9 months. An overview of the nature, models, approaches and systems for e-learning is presented. A functional model of the learning process in the high school is described and the characteristics and challenges in the implementation of fully remote synchronous learning are analyzed.
