Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the comparison of the Commercial Code (Art No. 513/1991 Coll.) with Article 2 and Article 3 of Directive 77/91/EEC requirements. The above mentioned articles specify necessary particules of the statutes, the instrument of incorporation and the separate document of public limited liability companies.
