K vybraným problémům alternativních způsobů řízení v českém trestním právu

Summary/Abstract: This presentation deals with some of the most important changes in Czech criminal law. The first part of the article contains the information concerning amendments of Code of Penal Procedure. The authors discuss the diversification of standard of proceeding which have already started to influence Czech criminal proceeding. This alternative proceeding available whereby their informal execution is more appropriate than the implementation of a classic criminal trial which result is a verdict of guilt and subsequent sentencing.
