Summary/Abstract: The complexity of business environment poses a need for continuous changes and redefinition of a strategic positioning of enterprises.The paper deals work changes in the behavior of competition, the need for the adaptation of organization, resources and capability, as sources for the acquisition of competitiveness advantage and more successful positioning. Superior value is, increasingly, being created in different kinds of networks.Theoretical and practical researches create the reliable basis for develop- ment of new concepts and business models that will contribute to the competitiveness improvement of enterprises and economy.
