Summary/Abstract: I draw on a substantial body of theoretical and empirical research on Internet of Things-based smart healthcare systems, wireless connected devices, and body sensor networks in COVID-19 remote patient monitoring, and to explore this, I inspected, used, and replicated survey data from Accenture, AIR, Amwell, Ericsson ConsumerLab, NCCI, PwC, and Sony, performing analyses and making estimates regarding how telehealth can prevent and contain the COVID-19 spread. Descriptive statistics of compiled data from the completed surveys were calculated when appropriate.
