The Necessary Changes in the Field of Labour and Social Policy

Summary/Abstract: The article examines some views of the author related to labor policy and management, labor relations and social policy in the Republic of Bulgaria. There are fundamental questions for changing the approaches in the policy for management of the processes related to labor and the framework of the future incentives related to the income from labor, the organization of the labor process in the modern conditions, the social partnership, etc.
