Educational innovations of the Sycyna Educational Association

Summary/Abstract: Educational innovations, individual pedagogical experiments, documentation of twenty years of multi-directional activity of the social organization Sycyna, Jan Kochanowski's family nest, with its influence in Zwoleń commune, Zwoleń district and Radom subregion are presented. Against the background of changes in the rural environment through cultural animation, digitization as well as IT education, the integration, internationalization of the environment, development of its intellectual capital and especially social capital and social competences were presented.
