Summary/Abstract: In the conditions of constant changes, development of knowledge, technologies, innovations and pandemic, new challenges of conflict nature arise, often caused by the differences between the generations. Age characteristics often have a negative impact on the activities of organizations, motivation, retention and development of employees to a much greater extent today than in the past. These features are often a pro-conflict agent in the functioning of organizational structures. Challenge for managers and the application of innovative approaches in the management of conflicts and generational differences in organizations.
