Summary/Abstract: The harm caused to the rights of personality can cause a nonpecuniary damage that could be seen as a moral, biological or social harm, which are autonomous categories of the nonpecuniary damage. As a form of nonpecuniary damage, the biological harm represents the injury of the both physical and psycholoigcal integrity of a person, being thus seen as a engative consequence separate from the moral damage caused.
