Summary/Abstract: The author discusses the role of innovations in the contemporary enterprise development and the model of innovations' interactive creation and realization as well as citizen reactions of EU Member States to innovative products and services. Special attention was paid to marketing innovations and their role in forming buyer interests in innovations.
