RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE LEGAL ADVISERS VERSUS RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE JUDICIAL EXECUTORS

Summary/Abstract: Legal adviser is a legal sciences category practitioners who had some dynamic in the last 25 years. Often, however, there is collectively a certain ambiguity regarding the legal rights and obligations of councilors compared to other practitioners of law. This article makes a comparison with judicial executors by the fact that in both professions need a better understanding by the public of the particularities of each. Thus, the legal advisor is an individual with legal background and having Romanian citizenship or nationality of another Member State of the European Union (or the European Economic Area), which defends the rights and interests of the state, central government and local, public institutions and public interest, the other legal entities of public and private legal persons. The judicial executors is the organ vested with the authority of the state to meet the pleadings and taking legal measures to ensure enforcement of judgments and other Enforceable.
