Limits of the judicial control when contesting the decisions of the Disciplinary Board of Judicial Executors

Summary/Abstract: The present study aims to examine the limits of the judicial control exercised in the order of the administrative contentious when contesting the decisions of the Disciplinary Board of the bailiffs, considering the existence of a mechanism of judicial control on the bailiffs’ actions, exercised by the court within the enforcement procedure.
