Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of Mykolas Romeris, the most famous and most deserving Lithuanian lawyer of all time. The article aims to reveal the development of the institute of administrative court in the world and in Lithuania by analyzing the content of M. Romeris’ monograph „Administrative Court“. The monograph „Administrative Court“ is written in a complex language. The reason for this is the lack of administrative law terms and studies in Lithuania. Moreover, it is obvious that the author himself, while writing this work, studied and tried to understand the phenomenon of administrative law and administrative justice.
