Summary/Abstract: We propose herein to examine the matter of the partition of succession (including of the partition of ascendant), from all points of view it involves, in the light of Law no. 287/20092), to identify the items of novelty brought by this normative act, in the matter submitted to our analysis, by comparing it to the previous Civil Code and to appreciate their fairness and opportunity.
