Summary/Abstract: Combining forensic archaeology and numismatic methods of investigations, the present study identify a new Roman hoard buried in the context of the Dacian wars.Furthermore, the composition and the findspot of this hoard reveal the Roman functionality of the site where the hoard was discovered.
