Summary/Abstract: Interpretation by comparison of human resources management applied between two countries with different application methods and techniques of human resources management, yet with spectacular results in their economies (US and Japan). Despite the differences between Japanese and American management styles, both will have a huge impact on their national economies. In general, in the field of human resources, the labor relations within the organizations, are, mainly, characteristics that differentiate the Japanese management system from the other countries, especially the USA.
