EU Network Strategy on Genocide (II) - the specifics of genocide research, war crimes, crimes against humanity

Summary/Abstract: The European Network of contact points in respect of persons responsible for genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes was created in 2002, and in 2014 the Strategy of the Network established a set of measures derived from a thorough examination of measures and policies already in place in various Member States. They are composed of best practice, recommendations from past Network meetings, the work of experts, and extensive consultations with partners, the ICC, scholars, civil society and other stakeholders.
