Summary/Abstract: During the marriage one or both spouses are or may be employed under anemployment contract. By concluding this contract, the legal employment relationschip is born.As a result of the performance of the respective work or profession, the natural person (in ourcase the spouse), is remunerated for the activity performed. The question that arises in theliterature is the following: Can the salary, as well as the other income from work obtainedduring the marriage, be considered as the property of one of the spouses, or, on the contrary,is it a common good?
