Summary/Abstract: The author argues that if we dive deep enough into the theses of neoclassical economics (constituting the so-called mainstream in economics) and the theses postulated by MMT economists, we will come tothe conclusion that one of these approaches must beturned upside down. These theses not only contradict each other, but for the most part, they are eachother’s exact opposite, a mirror image. A seven-pointsummary of both theories and answers to frequently asked questions about money, deficits, and inflation should clear these doubts.
