Summary/Abstract: The following article presents the demographic phenomenon in Vama village, Suceava county, beginning with the first documentary information about the people of this village (in the 13th century) and ending with the present. The autor refers to the various demographic factors which influenced the amount and the social end economical development of the population during the mentioned period.
