Summary/Abstract: In 1929, Dr. Otocar Emanoil Kratchi, Praetor of Putyla District in Rădăuți County, issued a micro-monography of the District he administered, following a contest promoted by the Romanian Institute of Administrative Sciences. For editorial reasons, part one of this study was published in Bukovina Annals no. 1/2020, and this latter part includes two annexes which support the description made by Praetor Kratchi, supplementing the information on the social, economic and cultural conditions of the population living in the Putyla District villages. The photographs on display significantly show the exterior of town halls, schools, churches, parish houses, lumber factories, as well as the Hutsuls, a majority ethnic group in Putyla District, photographed during important life events, marriages and funerals.
