Summary/Abstract: The proposed empirical study reflects on the current knowledge in a scientific and professional discourse and brings original results of a realized research on general and academic procrastination with the specific target group of teacher trainees. The results of the presented research make a contribution to the enrichment of current knowledge in the discussed field and provide a broad framework for the anticipated opportunities in academic procrastination research in relation to other variables.
