Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the importance of the action of the educational phenomenon in the formation / development / transformation and social insertion of the human individual. In this sense, we consider the relationship between the development of the human individual (particularly the child) and its formation throughout life. At the same time, within this research approach we will present in detail the role of the schooling stage for becoming a personality able to integrate properly and harmoniously in various environments / social contexts.
