Summary/Abstract: The documents presented above help us to better understand the relations that existed between the servants of our National Church and the Romanian Communist Party, even before it came to power. Through the archives of the dioceses in the country there are still testimonies that have not been appreciated, documents that talk about the efforts of the priests to keep or to re-establish Romania on the path of progress, away from totalitarianism or any other manifestation of darkness, to shape it according to the values preached and left to us by the Savior Jesus Christ himself.
