Summary/Abstract: Employee assessment is one of the most important HR policy, it provides keyinformation for shaping human resource management strategies. Periodicemployee reviews should be carried out in a fair and open manner. The resultsof employee evaluation form is the basis for planning long-term personnelpolicy in the organization, including number of employees, development oftheir competences, organization of trainings, motivational activities.
