Summary/Abstract: Based on an in-depth survey of the literature, the purpose of the paper is to explore whether COVID-19 immunity passports might undermine the right to health of individuals. Using and replicating data from Ada Lovelace Institute, Censuswide, de Beaumont, and Promoleaf, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding whether demanding individuals who refuse vaccination to bear certain repercussions for their non-acceptance is fair. Descriptive statistics of compiled data from the completed surveys were calculated when appropriate.
