Summary/Abstract: The present paper aims to present the concept of justice focusing on the theory of John Rawls to cover health and social determinants of health in Greece. The administrative Justice is also analyzed with an emphasis on employees’ perceptions of Organizational Justice, employee performance and organizational justice and finally in the relationship between organizational justice and citizen satisfaction.
