Summary/Abstract: This article is about one of the integral part of the right to a due process, right to the access to justice. The aim of this article is to find out the answer to the question, if it is possible to take an action against the positive and negative decision of the Land Register Office about the deposit of the right to the land register. The contemporary legal regulation is not explicit in this question and there are many problems with it among the lawyers. This article should response also the question, if the contemporary regulation is against the article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
