On the Copyrights in Case of Mandatory Broadcasting of TV and Radio Programmes

Summary/Abstract: he article focuses on a general issue of the copyright law. The authors make an attempt to prove that in case of mandatory broadcasting of the public operators' programmes, the protected subject matter shall be permissible without consent of the owner of the copyright and without payment of compensation. There are many reasons that confirm the contention. The main one is that the use of the works is with non-commercial purpose. Some suggestions for improving the legal regulation of free use of works of copyright are made.
