THE IMPACT OF WORLD CRISIS ON THE ARTIST

Summary/Abstract: The new global crisis caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus pandemic on a global scale has required a series of adaptations and reconfigurations not only in terms of social distancing, teleworking or online training, but also a number of differentapproaches in the field of artistic education and culture. The effects caused by the crisis produce in the field of artistic educationa whole series of discrepancies that can alter its cultural dimensions. The cultural dimensions of artistic education focus on theteaching resources and the objectives of aesthetic education, but also on specifi c means. These objectives are structured on thebasis of a system of values to which all the educational factors have gradually adhered. The mutations that occur due to the socialdistance are also reflected on art, being ultimately related to the feelings and emotions specific to the artistic spirit.
