PROBLEMS OF FORMATION OF MUSICAL TEAM IN MODERN DOMESTIC AND WESTERN SCIENCE

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the problems of forming a musical collective in the research of modern domestic and western scientists. It is shown that the works devoted to various aspects of the activity of musical groups occupy an important place inscience. The problems of developing the concept of a creative and musical collective are marked by a shift towards solving practical problems. The study concludes that there are specifi c methodological approaches to the analysis of the concept of a musical collective. The first is a social evidence of the relevance of addressing the concept of a musical collective as one of the essentialones in social psychology, which is necessary for successfully solving the problems of communication between people in varioustypes of musical activity. The second and third – subjective and functional-structural, are aimed at identifying key features inthe activities of various teams. The fourth is temporal, associated with the identification of specific stages and qualitative signsof the transition from a group of instrumental musicians to a collective.
