Summary/Abstract: At this short report I try to advance a sight at the NRSR position in background of law making in Slovak Republic after integration into EU. In the form of explanation of the bankrupt's estate and legal assumption I try to illustrate its position in the Slovak system of law making in connection with law making and approximation in EU. And also I want to explain legal premises of law making process in Slovak republic in the form of description of its legal position in Slovak Constitution and Parliamentary law Act. And I also want to describe historical development of law making process in Slovak legal system and I present the positives and negatives of those innovations.
